Our Homes

There are four second floor one-bedroom flats, six first floor flats with two bedrooms and six ground floor flats with two bedrooms. The flats are built to mobility standard and are wheelchair accessible but there are no lifts.

Each flat has:

  • An open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room

  • Fridge/freezer, oven, hob with a hood and a washer/drier

  • TV points and communal aerial dish

  • A bathroom with a toilet, handbasin and a bath with a shower above

  • Storage cupboards

  • Ground and first floor flats have french windows in the living room at the rear with juliette balconies at first floor level

  • Its own front door, accessed through the block’s entrance door and hallway.

  • There is a video door entry system

There are communal garden areas with rotary driers. The ground floor flats have small private gardens,accessed through the french windows from the sitting room. There is a bicycle store and a small communal outside storeroom.

The car park at the rear of Mabel Luke Place has sufficient space for each household to park one car, plus 4 spaces reserved for visitors.

Mabel Luke Place is strictly a non-smoking environment, this applies both inside the flats and gardens and in all communal areas.
