Complaints

 

If you are ever dissatisfied with property maintenance you are welcome to make a complaint, which of course is your right. To do this you should firstly follow our complaints policy which is laid out within the linked policy document. We will always aim to resolve complaints to your satisfaction but if we do not succeed in doing this, you have the right to escalate the complaint to the Housing Ombudsman Service.
